Education department development and teachers recruitment in Haryana
The State Government of Haryana is striving to improve the educational quality and promote higher education throughout the state.
Government –run schools and colleges decided to upgrade the standard of education in order to produce youth to all government sectors of Haryana. As the industry is changing fast, so the job skills expectation keeps on increasing. Hence, the education system is required to be made industry driven instead of educating the young talents with expired skills.
The focus on working towards promoting higher education, the Haryana Government decided to deploy 5000 Regular Computer Faculties in the year of 2018. The State Government holds some plans to include “Computer education” in the regular state curricula. This decision is expected to pave the route for many youngsters to get Govt Jobs in Haryana.
The State Government educational authorities wanted to improve the standard of higher education in colleges and schools of Haryana. So, they had discussions with various academicians, foreign guests on the same.
The Haryana Government set up a college at every 20 kilometers distance. Until September 2017, the government launched 21 new colleges in Haryana and another 27 locations are identified to set up with colleges in the near future.
The State Government formulated the “Haryana KaushalVikas Mission” to impart skill, train and offer employment opportunities to 5 lakh unemployed youth in the Haryana state. Hence, getting govt jobs in Haryana is nigh to the youngsters.
The Government of Haryana decided to re-engage the retired teachers. Since 2017, the education system has been suffering from the shortage of about 22,000 teachers which include 7,000 Trained Graduate Teachers and 15,000 Post Graduate Teachers in Haryana Schools. However, the Government hoped that engaging 5000 retired teachers would help to improve the education scenario.
PK Das, the Additional Chief Secretary, School Education expressed that the strenuous efforts have been made to fill-up teachers’ vacancies through the regular recruitment but still there has been a shortage. He pointed out that retired teachers below 65 years from the Haryana and other State Government and private schools could apply through the “http:dsehry.in/RE” web portal.
The applicants may find out the present status of their application through the online web portal. This implementation would help to form a panel of retired teachers who could be available throughout an academic year, he said. Mr. Das added that remuneration would be given to the retired teachers based on the State Government’s RE-employment policy.
Haryana Education Minister has decided to make the statement in “Haryana 40000 Teacher Recruitment 2018” is expected by March 2018. HSSC is going to release the government job notification shortly for the post of TEACHERS in various government schools. Through this recruitment, about 40000 vacancies are expected to be filled up. The applicants will be selected based on the written exams, personal interview and it will be held through HSSC recruitment. The written exam part would contain 80 marks and personal interview marks would be added with the written exam marks for the employment.
